I bought this item 5/1/13. It started changing blowing speed (high to low) on it's own. Then it stopped working on 6/1/13. I like to use a hot airbrush and I wish someone would make one that works. I saw no benefit to the Ionic switch. I didn't like the cool switch at the top and would have preferred a cool button like on most hair dryers.

This is the 2nd one I buy. The first lasted about a 1.5 years. But it dries my hair fast and with no frizz.

I have used this product for years and used to love it. Sadly, the product seems different now and not for the better. I bought two in the last six months and both have quit working. I gave up after the second one and the product I bought to replace it is not as good, but at least it works. I hope the company figures out what change is making the hot tool less reliable.

unfortunately this was my only option at the Ulta store that I purchased it from. would have liked to have different options - the dryer is a little too loud on the high speed option.
