I have used this product for years and used to love it. Sadly, the product seems different now and not for the better. I bought two in the last six months and both have quit working. I gave up after the second one and the product I bought to replace it is not as good, but at least it works. I hope the company figures out what change is making the hot tool less reliable.

harder to use than i had hoped. went and bought a spinning dryer/brush that I like much better

Did not dry and curl at the same time. Went back to using my dryer and roller brush.

unfortunately this was my only option at the Ulta store that I purchased it from. would have liked to have different options - the dryer is a little too loud on the high speed option.

This brush is almost perfect. Over time the bristles bend In And fall inside the cone. Leaving you with a hot tool full of holes. And nothing to catch your hair or hold it to the dryer. If they had made the bristles longer they wouldn't shrink in. It's kind of like a Christmas tree from a box. If you could pull out the branch you'd spread out the little branches. I tried to break in to it to fix it but its impossible.
On the flip side I'm an international flight attendant and I could use this dryer in different countries. On a low setting it gets really hot. It never over heated or died in any foreign country. You just have to be careful with the bristles.

I have fine hair and this product dries it very quickly while styling. I only need to use the low setting. So far it has worked great; no complaints and am impressed by the quality.

Have used this product for many years. Perfect if you are hairdryer and round brush challenged. Took on a girls weekend and ended up doing everyone's hair...4 ended up buying one for themselves. Only downside...they don't last long...about a year max.
