    Didn't know this was waterproof when I purchased it. Waterproof mascara always clumps and is difficult to get off. Makes lashes stick together. Doesn't appear to lengthen lashes.

                    This has been my go-to mascara for YEARS. It looks great with 1 or 2 layers, or if you keep layering it on you can get that false eyelash look. It doesn't run, flake, or smudge. It goes on a little thickly so you have to learn to smooth it out, but once you have your technique down, theres nothing better!
