sent as a gift for christmas, and it showed up in an Ulta envelope and my mom thought it was a bill, then had no clue who it even came from. Gift cards should show up looking more like gifts than like bills. just saying

This was a Christmas gift to my grandaughter, when it arrived I had to call for the free sample, it wasn't included in package. Then , when she was out of town to shop, the card did not work, even though the money was taken out of my account, I called and the lady had to refer it to a supervisor and the problem still hasn't been resolved. It was so embarrasing and inconvenient.

This is a horrible site that doesn't let you make any corrections. One second after I made a mistake I couldn't change it to the correct info. I'll NEVER buy from here again. I'll just purchase another Gift Card.....much easier!
