I specified that this was a gift and gave the name of the recipient that it should be sent to. Instead, Ulta sent it to the correct address but with my name as the recipient. I had to inform my daughter-in-law that her "surprise" gift was on the way and to be on the lookout for my name at her adddress. I informed Ulta of the error and they were basically indifferent.
