Does what it says it will, but not much other than that. It does help hold the curl a little, the next day after I curled my hair I still have loose waves that look pretty. But it's sticky to use, and leaves curls crunchy unless you fix it. I like it, but there has to be something better.

I try to let my curly/wavy hair dry on its own and then I wanted a heat protectent so I wouldn't damage my hair from a curling iron or flat iron to give me curls.
