Comments about Color Oops Hair Color Remover:

I loved this product! I have naturally bright blonde hair and made the terrible mistake of going brown. My roots looked like greys it was awful. I tried this product hoping for a cheap alternative to having my hair stripped at a salon. I was blown away by the results. Most of the color has let! I didn't rinse as long as instructed but I'm so happy to have blonde hair again! And my hair can naturally grown out without my looking ridiculous! Definitely recommend! But take the time in the shower to rinse properly and for the proper length of time!

I've used it for a few occasions and this was the oast last time I will ever use it. Turned my hair light red and I'm a dark brunette. Hate it. Never again.

Comments about Color Oops Hair Color Remover:

Before I review, let me explain my color journey so you can understand why I rated it so generously. Just a few weeks ago, my hair was light ash blonde. In haste after leaving a job to go to school full time, I went bright Joker green. Almost immediately after going green, I found that my classes required field work, therefore I had to quickly cover the green so I dyed it a permanent dark brown, twice. I have been absolutely itching to have my blonde back, so when I found this product I was ecstatic!
Okay, so the process is a tad tedious. You have to apply it like a dye and then process, and finally rinse for as long as you can possibly handle all the while washing your hair multiple times. The directions suggested 30 minutes with 3 washes, I believe, but I did about 20 minutes with 2 washes because I'm impatient.
My end result? Not the ash blonde I had before this fiasco, but much lighter than the dark brown I had before this process. This product also tends to pull red or orange tones out of my hair. Contrary to other reviews, my hair feels great, just as healthy in fact. I'm happy with the end result.

I have been dying my hair bright red and even dark reds for a year and half. Used this product to remove the red (I'm natural blonde) and it worked so well! Left me with a slightly different shade but back to blonde. Haven't even had to recolor at all. I'm super impressed! Completed it with a purple shampoo and good to go! FYI: throw garbage immediately cause it does smell like sewer. And also rinse rinse rinse is key. I did 40 minutes total of rinsing and washing to get all the red out. Good luck to all!

it was cheap so I guess I can live with that. but shampooing three+ times and rinsing for half an hour?? do yourself a favor and don't buy this.

I have been dying my hair a dark red for over a decade at this point. I switched to Feria about a year or so ago because I was tired of how fast the red would fade out of the Garnier dye. I liked it at first, but recently it seemed to be darker than I liked and my lighter roots were very noticeable. After reading A LOT of reviews I decided to try it. I followed the directions exactly, and even had my husband time the rinsing for me. 20 minutes of rinsing seems like FOREVER. I followed up with a conditioning hair mask that I left on for 10 minutes. My hair is back to its original color and feels great. I would definitely recommend this product.

I wanted to get the old faded orange dye out of my blonde hair and it did nothing at all! I desided to tey this because it was on sale and cheaper then the L'Oréal. I should have just paid the $1 more to get the product that I knew would work.

I wanted to get the black dye out of my brown hair. I have longer thick hair so I used 2 boxes. It worked better than expected. I'm so happy with the results. Only thing I didn't like is the smell but it was worth it!

Comments about Color Oops Hair Color Remover:

I colored my hair last night and it looked like baby poo! I looked at tge box and realized that I got "natural" instead of "golden" dark blonde my ends were green and my roots were dark brown with an orange hue. Not at all what I wanted. I was goning to just color again over it but then noticed the color removers. It came out so good that I won't have to recolor my hair. Yes it was time consuming but if I went to a salon it would have taken 3 plus hours and cost $200. So very happy rhat I tried this to fix my hair. Directions were perfect and descriptive. I also used some argan oil throughout my hair after rinsing the 4th time to try to prevent my hair from being too dry.
