I have very fine hair and live in Florida with very high humidity. My hair is always frizzy. Truthfully I have yet to find a product that works 100% for frizzy hair. I guess the closest I have come is Sebastian Potion #9. I have tried John Frieda products before for frizz with the same results. Not sure why I keep trying.
