I thought is was a great dupe for the new glossy sticks from Urban Decay. I tried a metallic pink one from NYX and it was very pigmented and moisturizing. It is not as glossy as UD but still cheaper and just as good. It's like their lipstick and lipgloss had a baby and it was pretty and cute. I liked it and you should try it.

I purchased the NYX Jumbo Lipstick Pencil in Irish Creme, as an alternative to using lipstick. I loved the color selection, as they are pretty much true to color, but I did experience a little disappointment in that you have to constantly re-apply this product to keep the evenness consistent. However, I noticed that when applied under NYX Megashine Lip Gloss - they work together in perfect harmony.

TV Show recommended using neutral lip crayon as a liner but using short arched strokes around entire lip line. Following their recommendation, this NYX Jumbo Lip pencil (which isn't too large to handle for that type of application) worked like a charm. Color 729 Chestnut was a perfect neutral, and then I applied my normal lipstick color and then topped it lightly with lip gloss in the center. Wow what a difference! The NYX shade was great - creamy and yet controllable for lining my lips. Natural full looking lips. No injections necessary!!!! I'm going to try other shades!

Bought it for the color but it has way too much shimmer than i like. I wanted it more for the color but got more shimmer than anything.

I needed a "fat lip liner". The size of the product is perfect. However, it does not prevent the lipstick from seeping into the lines around the mouth. The color choices are fine. It just needs to prevent seepage and then it would be great.

you have to put on a lot of layers for it to give you its true color. I bought a bright red, and it looks like an orange/red if i only put one layer on. If you want something that is versatile and can be worn subtley or boldly, this is perfect for you.

So far I have loved everything I have tried from NYX except the mascara. The lipsticks are awesome. You can't complain too much because they are very inexpensive. I love bright bold lips and NYX has not been a disappointment! I am definately going to buy more Jumbo lipsticks and for the price you can afford to do just that!
