I have been searching and searching for a good eyebrow pencil in the right color for my very fair skin with cool undertones and light blonde eyebrows. Everything I was finding was always too warm and made my brows look orangey. Finally found the Ulta eyebrow pencil in the Ash blonde color, and I love it! It's the perfect color. I noticed some of the reviews said that you really have to apply a lot to get the color, but that is not what I've found. I get the perfect amount of pigment with just a few gentle strokes to fill and shape my brows, which let's me make them as light or as dark as I want. It stays put all day too, and comes off easily with washing. So glad I found this!

Color is good. Price is good. But way to sticky so brow hairs tend to clump and the brush is too soft so you can't brush through the clumps easily.
