This is great stuff! It's hydrating without being oily or shiny but left my skin dewy which I love! Great ingredients and felt great about using it. The reveiws were spot on! HOWEVER, the reviews that stated it's not going to control acne breakouts were spot on as well! I kept looking in the mirror at how great my skin was looking, especially my smaller pores, but after one week noticed multiple acne breakouts. If acne isn't your problem, then invest in this stuff!

I use this cleanser twice daily on my combination (tends toward oiliness in warm weather)skin. I've had nothing but great results with this cleanser. My skin feels clean but not stripped after using it, and looks more luminous after only about 1-2 weeks use. I've found I only need one decent sized pump to clean my face and neck - probably two pumps if you wear heavier make-up. My only complaint is that my local Ulta store runs out of this product very quickly.

I agree with the person who said the new packaging is not the same product, and yes, the metal on the pump is rusted. I have bought the item pictured and it had no smell, not drying and worked great. This new one with the new label stinks something awful and is so drying it leaves your face tight. I am returning it today. I tried calling the number on the bottle but it just goes to a voicemail. Very disaapointed!!

Once again I've tried numerous facial soaps/cleansers/washes with no satisfactory results. I wrote a review for Atopalm, if you've read it you will know that I have permanent skin damage from a dermatologist's prescriptions for acne. I have severe itching, flaking, and dryness. I picked this product because it sounded natural and it was something I hadn't used before. My skin felt clean afterwards. Some people on Utla's website complained about the smell and lack of lathering. I does smell somewhat but I think it's because it lacks perfumes and other ingredients that would make it smell pretty and irritate the skin. I prefer a product that smells a little bit than one that smells great and has irritating chemicals. As far as it not lathering up that much, there is less soap to remove therefore feeling cleaner. Soaps left behind can irritate especially if you have sensitive skin. Remember people not every product is for everyone. The only way you will know if it works for you is trial and error.

The container that I bought instore was not the same as pictured here and available online.
The product said O2 cleanser and had the name Neaclear on it but it was horrible. It smelled to high heaven and I took it back for a refund. I've used the pictured product many times and love it. I don't kow why on earth the bottle I bought at the store was even stocked. Weird. Just make sure you get the bottle as pictured.

The price is definitely worth it! It's comparable to other facial care products, price-wise, but it definitely out-cleans the competition.

I used Neaclear's acne cleanser before. I picked this up by mistake in Ulta, but use it anyway. The packaging of this product is terrible. Not only does the cleanser leak out of the opening of the pump, but the spring inside the pump has rusted, so when I pump the product out, I get little flakes of rust along with the product. This pump needs redesigned. I do not agree with other reviewers that the product has a bad smell. It is a more natural product, and it is free of unnatural perfumes, which irritate sensitive skin. The product itself is decent (although I would not necessarily recommend it for someone who needs something to control acne), but I would never buy it again because of the flaw in the packaging itself.

I really like this cleanser. It's gentle and washes off nice, leaving your skin feeling soft and balanced. It's really good for everyday use. I still haven't found a cleanser that actually prevents pimples or anything though... still hunting!
