I Love this product and I try a lot of them. Doesn't leave my hair crunchy or frizzy. My hair is naturally fine, very curly, and dry. I highlight it every 6 weeks. This product leaves me with soft, non-frizzy curls.

I HAVE ONLY USED THIS PRODUCT ONCE AND SINCE I HAVE VERY THICK STRAIGHT HAIR BUT CAN STILL CRUNCH CURLS AFTER SHAMPOO. IT DEFINATELY MAKES THE CURLS MORE RELAXED. I WILL TRY THIS AGAIN.

I just put it on my hair after I shower, after I slightly towel dry my hair.
I really like the product and since my local store stopped carrying it, I have had to look on line for a place to purchase it. Thank goodness I found one. I actually can't think of anything against the product.
