I'm extremely disappointed. I've used the Medicated Lip Balm for years after trying all the other products out there. Now, I can no longer find it and my lips are feeling it and my wife isn't happy about it either!

I love this lip balm! A little goes a long way and it's very moisturizing. I really enjoy the tingle you get from the peppermint! Definitely a must have lip balm :)

I would say that there has not been more than a handful of days in the last 15 years where I did not have at least one tube of Burt's Bees original lip balm in my pocket. I have tried all of the newer varieties of Burt's but none of them hold a candle to the original. In emergency situations I have found myself trying other brands of lip balm but even the 100% organic hand made balms from a local farmer's market fell short of the feats that Burt's Bees original Peppermint lip balm has been known to achieve. I usually buy the value packs with 2 or more tubes in them because I keep them hidden everywhere. One warning: After using this product, you too may find yourself unable to tolerate anything else.

I use this product everyday to keep my lips soft and smooth and moist. The things I like best are the nice smell, the fact that is natural no petroleum. I suffer from migraine headaches and occasionally have to use oxygen to relieve the pain that I may having on a particular day and having a lip balm that has no petroleum has saved my life more times than I can count. Thank you so much.

I'm so disappointed with Burt's Bees. I've been a loyal customer for over 10 years and LOVED their lip balm. But, now that Clorox bought the company out, the recipe has clearly changed. I notice a different smell, feel, and taste. And not for the better. Bring back the old recipe Burt's Bees! I am willing to pay for the quality I've come to love!

In the winter and even during the summer I always have dry lips. I have tried several different products and nothing seems to work. Then I found beeswax lip balm and I have not used anything else since. This is a great product and I have recommended it to many of my friends.

This particular Burt's Bees lip balm made my lips burn, not comfortable at all! I like the Rejuvenating Burt's Bees lip balm with acai berry instead.

Burt's Bees lip balm is "worth walking almost a mile each way back to the store after buying almost $150 in groceries an hour prior since I didn't feel like driving" good! I kid you not, NO other product works better on me, and I am forever grateful to a friend that introduced me to this brand and used it for the past year and love it, and switching away from it for even a week was a bad experience in itself... I lost my previous tube of Burt's Bees, but didn't have a chance to buy or use ANY lip balm for 3-4 days, whereby things got so bad that although I should've just gone elsewhere and continue to somewhere that HAD Burt's Bees, but I mistakenly took my chances at a gas station that didn't and got "something else" as an emergency; mind you that this was a mainstream brand and MEDICATED, thinking that it'll help with my lips that were so chapped, it cracked open when I smiled. "Something else" Didn't do ANYTHING for the 3 days or so of LIBERALLY spreading it on (and I mean what felt like 1/8 of the tube at a time and increasing out of desperation; it even started bleeding/hurting again when I laughed this morning)... However, I'm still amazed that with NO chemicals, preservatives or "medications", that the crack in my lip feels better in a matter of MINUTES and didn't bleed/hurt even when I made a full, hearty, mouth-open-all-the-way yawn soon after, vs. 3 days of frantically trying "something else" to no avail. Thank you for making such an amazing product!
