These hold your hair in place really well and are comfortable. The bobby pins are curved so they fit to the shape of your hair and are very strong.

These hardly work. They are very hard to open because one end is shorter than the other, and the end isn't protected with rubber so its is sharp. The curve lets the pin lay more flat which is nice, but that's the only good thing about them. They didn't hold back my heavy, thick hair. They also do not criss cross well over each other.

These are the worst bobby pins I have used. I grabbed the package because there were more pins for the price compared to the neighboring package. But they are not the typical bobby pin shape that I expected (curved with one side considerably shorter than the other) and there is only one rounded rubber(?) end cover; the other side is exposed metal that painfully rips through my hair as I put them in. It's a good thing I loose bobby pins easily because I can not wait to buy another pack of NORMAL pins.
