I had bought these clips to use to hold in velcro rollers when curling hair and was very dissapointed. The clips are too small to hold curlers in place. They are good for only a very small portion of hair but not for all over hair hold.

I use this product every holiday season to make bookmarks from a pattern my Grandmother started 50 years ago. Used them for my hair the first time this weekend to measure out my hair to cut for donation - very effective use as well.

For setting pin curls nothing works as well as these clips. They keep the curl flat and don't leave wavy lines like bobby pins do.

I use these clips to provide some root lift to my curly hair after applying product and before drying. Have had mixed results, sometimes they stay in place and provide the lift and volume I'm wanting and sometimes they slide out of place and don't do much to help.
