I could never find something others noticed,I could afford every day & I could stand to smell on myself! Let's face it, that can be the hardest part-smelling it 24 hrs a day yourself. I would wear this however even if everyone didn't comment on "how good you always smell." (since abt 1976 when I was given a gift set)

I have purchased this since 1962 for my Mom, wear it myself sometime. She has Alzheimer's and I buy it even though I could find a less expensive perfume - I am hoping the fragrance will bring memories back to her. She is 98 years old.

I bought this because a lot of reviews said it was long lasting but not on me. It smells great for an hour.
I have had no compliments and I interact with a lot of people who often compliment when things like new perfumes are worn.
Maybe the scent works longer for others!
