DO NOT buy this product. it's a waste of money. the roller did not work. I followed the instructions, which says to wait 20 seconds before rolling the wax on your body. i waited for 10 minutes and only a little bit of wax would come out. I had to remove the cap to use the wax. as other people have said, this product misses a lot of hair, too. it's a shame, bc i like sugaring but this brand is just a waste of money. it doesn't get the job done.

I ended up using this products without the roller, i heated the product for 10 secs poured it into a small bowl and applied it with a wooden stick (not included). but i had to reheat often using it this way. it stays warm longer in the bulb container it comes in

Like this product because it washes off easily, does not have a caustic smell, and is not prone to breaking out sensitive skin. The roller applicator did not work correctly. The actual roller did not fit the applicator area correctly and I ended up throwing it out and using a wooden spatula to apply.

This product was a HUGE letdown! Hair removal was extremely difficult. Followed the insturctions, but the wax is tacky and difficult to get onto skin, and removes very little hair.

I never write reviews for anything, but I just had to for this product. This was the WORST waxing product I have ever used. I always wax at home and have used a variety of (good) products. I decided to try the 2-in-1 Roll On because it looked easy, mess free, and specified that it could be used for the bikini line. Heating it and all that jazz was pretty simple, but it removed NOTHING. I counted, one strip removed exactly 3 hairs on average. I attempted a few tries, then gave up because it was removing absolutely nothing. When I removed the "roller tip", the whole thing exploded onto me - warm sugar EVERYWHERE. Here's where the only pro comes in, it's very easy to wash off.

I use this product to cut down on salon costs - doesn't get all of the hair all of the time, but it is much easier to use than spreadable wax and gets far more hair than the pre-waxed strips. I recommend using this with the cloth strips. There is more wax in the container than the re-usuable strips in the package can handle. May be a bit expensive, but it does the job well!

I heat it up for 20 secs and it's ready to go! If you are careful to follow the instructions (proper hair length - trim if necessary, pull off quickly) it works near perfect. If it is not getting all the hair/any hair then you may need to let it cool in the roller for a few minutes. Super easy, super fast, and super easy to get off of the skin afterwards.

It needs improvement. The applicator itself was a sticky mess within 2 minutes. The wax was sticky and just ended up everywhere.

Whoever is saying this product is messy must make a mess out of everything. It would be pretty difficult to make a mess with this ball, if you're using it correctly. Around my knees it misses most of the hairs, but those are very fine and it's very difficult for me to wax around my knees as it is. Other than that, amazing product!
