I will never use this stuff again! After one use to clean up fuzz on my chin and jawline, my skin is a mess. It caused dry scaly patches and overall unhealthy looking skin. NOT EXTRA GENTLE AT ALL!

I use it every week to remove upper lip hair. It is gentle and the smell is not that bad.I only leave it for five minutes, but may take longer.Don't leave it more than eight min.I take it on vacation, it doesn't take much room and it is easy to use. Luv it since the first time I used it years ago. My advise is follow the instructions, more time does not make it work better.

I was really hoping that this product would do what it said. I was really disappointed.. I would give this zero stars if it was possible. Not only does this stuff smell disgusting, but it doesn't work and leaves my face feeling like there is a disgusting amount of buildup where it was used. I wouldn't recommend this. If you're going for a hair removing product, I would suggest spending the money for one that actually works.

I use this facial hair remover regularly and like it. One day, unfortunately, I received a phone call after having applied it, lost track of time and left it on too long. I required medical attention for what my doctor said was akin to a second-degree burn. The product was absolutely not at fault. Used according to directions, it is effective and safe. Just be very careful to follow the instructions. After all, it isn't cake icing.

This is the best facial hair remover that I've tried. I use it about once a week and it keeps the fuzz away better than most hair removal products that I've tried. Unfortunately, it does have an unpleasant smell, but it is tolerable. It is hard to find in area stores, so I am glad to find it at Ulta and it is sold at a lower price than in drug stores!
