I received a wonderful Tarte blush as a gift. I love the color, but the pigment is intense. My regular blush brush made me look like a child's doll (or something from the 1980's!!). Love this brush. Applies the product perfectly. Highly recommend.

Smashbox Cosmetics makes great brushes. I heard that fan brushes are great to use for highlighting, but i also use it to prevent fallout when I apply eyeshadows. The bristles are soft, but a little flimsy. The brush still gives a natural finish though. The price did not fit the quality of the brush.

I specifically use this brush with two faced pink leopard bronzing powder to highlight my cheekbones.. Although I live in Arizona, so it's a great brush to use flat with the same powder to give my face an amazing glow :)

This was recommended as a blush brush for lighter application and I could not be happier. If you want sheer blush use this brush. Perfect, as always.

I bought one from Bare Minerals several years ago and haven't been able to find a good replacement. This one is ok but the bristles aren't thick enough. Usable but not my favorite.

I use this brush to lightly apply high lights on top of my checks. This fan brush applies just the light amount for the effect that I want. The price was high, but it came with a plastic protector that I carefully place brush into after use to keep the brush hair in the "fan" position.
