Comments about John Frieda-Brillant Brunette Luminous Color Glaze:
I have been using this product for a year now to help be stretch my budget between full hair colorings. It blends grays well, and doesn't look streaky with my natural shade. It can be hard to apply along the hairline because it has no applicator or brush though, and it can cause a build up of brown residue along the scalp. Also, I recommend always wearing gloves when applying this because the brown shade can cling to your hands and is hard to scrub out. Overall though, I think this product does a good job of helping blend color and add some shine (and helping me save $ too).

Comments about John Frieda-Brillant Brunette Luminous Color Glaze:
I can't say enough good things about this product. It is simple to use, only takes three minutes to apply, and subtly covers gray hair regrowth without ammonia, which I hate. I have very long hair, and most boxed hair color takes 2 boxes for me, and is a frightful, drippy mess. I only have to color about twice a year when I use this, which saves me time, money, and mess. It subtly turns gray regrowth into golden highlights, and I've been complemented on the effect. It is becoming difficult to find, and I was thrilled to find it at ulta. I will keep buying it as long as I can find it. Thanks ulta!

Comments about John Frieda-Brillant Brunette Luminous Color Glaze:
I used this on my sister who has think long hair and she like it. She said her hair was glossier. However, when I used it on mine, it dried out the ends of my hair and the shine was short-lived. I liked the fact that it darkened the color of my hair, which was already starting to fade. I decided to try Sebastian's Cellophane treatments instead and I feel they are gentler on my hair and they are only $10 more. If you have thin, frail hair, it's probably not the best product for your hair. But if your hair is thicker, it might work.

Comments about John Frieda-Brillant Brunette Luminous Color Glaze:
My hair is fine but I have lots of it. My hair is just a tad on the dry side but kept natural and no coloring for me. I wanted a product that would give me that great shine you get after coming out of a professional salon blow dry. This did nothing but make my hair even more dry. It also dyed my fingers a little bit and was not the easiest to get off completely.
