I found this hair dryer to work decently, but not good enough, since I couldn't handle it without hitting the switches. I would have to hold the dryer too low which would be uncomfortable drying my thick, course hair. I found it was too much trouble and returned for a different hair dryer.

i asked one of the beauty consultants that work at Ulta for their opinion on which blow dryer was the best for the money. compare dto the old one i had this is the best hair dryer it takes me only max 10 min to dry and style my hair with this my old one took me about 25-30 min just to dry then had to style with hot rollers. Not anymore!!!

I love this hairdryer! I used a HotTools hairdryer before, and when it finally died, I knew I was going back to the same brand. My new one is even better than the last. I have long, thick hair that is naturally wavy. My style preference is to blow dry it straight with the help of a boar bristle round brush. This hair dryer dries my thick hair so fast, evenly, frizz free and leaves incrediable shine and volume. The only draw back for me is the placement of the heat setting buttons on the handle as they interfere with the way I am used to holding the dryer while drying. Not a big deal, just a habit correction on my part. I would absolutely recommend this dryer.
