Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Mineral Loose Powder:
I've had problems with breakouts my entire adult life. I've come to realize the breakouts are caused by the products I use. My breakouts aren't caued by oily skin, they are caused by products that irritate my skin and clog my pores. Most products cause my skin to itch and I am sure its the fragrance. I really cannot understand why manufacturers continue to put fragrance in products that are going on a person's face. Do we put perfume on our faces? No. So why would we put cosmetics with perfume on our faces?
I've noticed over the years, if i stick to fragrance free products for sensitive skin and stay away from moisturizers (because i've found all moisturizers clog my pores), my face will stay clear, breakout-free.
I've tried many powder foundations and they are all messy. BUT powder foundations look more natural and feel better on your skin. This one requires you to use more product than some other more expensive brands to get the same coverage. But I am perfectly ok with this because its less expensive.
A few months ago, I made the mistake of switching back to another powder foundation brand that wasn't fragrance free because i liked the coverage. I've been battling non-stop breakouts since. So now I'm back once again to using Physicians Formula Mineral Wear, the only foundation that keeps my face breakout free.

The woman at the Lancôme counter told me NOT to change what I was using because I looked great! So, I stick with Physicians Formula.

Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Mineral Loose Powder:
This is what I use for foundation every day. It is one of the only products that does NOT make me break out at ALL. I have trouble finding products like this. A con is that, at least for me, the product is very messy. Powder just fluffs everywhere all over my counter when I put it on. And the little brush it comes with sucks. I use a softer kabuki brush. I just wish it lasted longer and covered my acne a bit more!

Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Mineral Loose Powder:
I bought this product a few months ago only because the regular Physician's Formula products that I use were not available at the time so I tried this. It ended up not being good. I wouldn't necessarily say it's the worst product i've ever tried but it definitely isn't something i'd try again. It was messy, didn't go on well and caked. I had to keep reapplying the product throughout the course of a day which is not good.

Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Mineral Loose Powder:
It might cause breakouts, but then again it might just be my skin adjusting. Overall I am going to continue to use it and think it most likely is unrelated to the powder. Controls oil and shine very well!

Comments about Physicians Formula Mineral Wear Mineral Loose Powder:
I have oily skin and put down a primer first then use this. Covers imperfections very well. I do like their organic version of this better though Ulta doesn't carry it anymore. It covers even better!
