I went to Ulta a few weeks back to buy the Almay Oil-Free Eye Makeup Remover. When I got there I discovered that it was all sold out so I just purchased the Nourishing one. Bad idea. When I first used this I thought that someone had just filled up a bottle with oil. It was super oily, greasy, and left a residue. Apart from it being SUPER oily, it did remove my mascara and other makeup of quite well.

I bought this makeup remover because I couldn't find the one I normally buy in the store. I used it to take off my eye makeup and then hopped in the shower.. Had to wash my face a couple times and still had a greasy feeling on my eyes and still got makeup residue on my towel.

This product works for removing my eye make-up ok. My masscara was a little tougher to get rid of. It messes up my vision. I even try to remove excess with a tissue and my eyes still get fuzzy. I threw it away and tried something else. So far the other one is working. I can see!

The aloe and whatever else is in this make-up remover actually irritated my eyes. You do have to apply some rubbing to totally remove eye makeup. Then you have to find a away to remove the oil slick left behind on your skin.

I just purchased this product after my son dumped my Neutrogena Eye makeup remover down the drain, hah, he thought it was water. So I had to replace it. Being that I never wear much makeup that bottle had lasted a long time but I didnt really like it. It had a tendency to sting and the smell could be a little strong, and yes it left my eyes very cloudy.

The ALMAY removing has no harsh smell, no stinging, no burning, and really works well at removing the gel liner and fiber mascaras that i wear. BUT warning it can be very oily and if you use too much it can give you the occasional cloudy eyes.

I use this product for eye makeup removal and it works great. Love the moisture, excellent for the eye area!
