Did not notice any under eye improvement with this product. Have only used it twice tho. Up side, it does not leave any residue on the eye area after removed...meaning, the under eye area is not greasy, wet or sticky after use.

I suffer from allergies and wanted something to sooth my eyes when my allergies hit me really bad (and so I don't end up with horrible dark circles the next day). I used them at night and wanted to multitask while they sat, but they were just bulky and awkward. They irritated my eyes as I tried to look around and function. Beyond that they were very soothing. I am going to hold the box and try it a few more times (for the sake that maybe I just applied them a little off the first 2 times), but I get the feeling for this price, I won't buy them again. I'd prefer cool eye-pack and a moisturizer/serum over this if it's going to be more irritating than helpful.

I can't believe more companies don't have a product similar to these! They work better for me than cream or gels for that morning under eye puffiness!!

The manufacturer suggests using it 3 times a week at first and then 2 times after that. There was a noticable difference in the dark circles, the firmness of area around the eyes and the puffiness in the mornings after the first use
