I got this as a stocking stuffer from my mom. I don't tend to wear waterproof mascara, so it works for me. You do need to SHAKE IT UP! the mixing makes the product work better and seems less oily. It does say it is an oil free product but sometimes if i get it in my eye, it doesn't irritate it, it just seems my eye gets blurry. Maybe the glycerin or something in it. I will finish it off, but I do like the basic Loreal eye-makeup remover, in the little blue bottle best! But neutrogena makes terrific products!

Great for removing waterproof eye makeup. Best when used with a cotton round. For those complaining that it doesn't work, put the product on the cotton round and press it onto the eye for a few seconds before you start furiously wiping. You'll not only yank out lashes, but irritate the sensitive eye area.

This is very good and gentle without a lot of pulling needed. It is greasy but absorbs quickly. You can remove makeup, wait 30 minutes and re-apply without worry of residue.

This best drugstore eye makeup remover I've tried so far. It doesn't sting at all. It removes eye makeup with absolutely no problem. Except when I have waterproof mascara on. Then, I have to completely soak my cotton ball, and rub my eye over and over to get it off.

Effectively remove waterproof mascara without too much rubbing, non-irritating and easy to use. Just remember to shake it before using!
