Bought this after reading the reviews, and it is the best drug store brand I have tried. The shade is not quite right but it's OK for filling in for everyday wear. It comes off way too easily and I often have to re-apply it numerous times when I'm applying wax or gel. I am willing to deal with it though because the product is so smooth and easy to apply and control.

I have used the Rimmel brow pencil for years. After trying others, I always come back and have stopped looking elsewhere, cause it can't be beat. The texture is a little harder than others, making it look more natural, instead of like you obviously put a creamy liner on your brows!
