I look for a color and texture that will blend with my lipstick and perhaps make it a slight bit lighter or darker....also the pencil prevents feathering because it is not too oily and stays in place.

I loved this lip liner. You get great color pay-off and it lasts a long time, all for a reasonable price. I especially loved this liner in Red Diva because it stayed put and didn't come off! But then... it can be annoying that it doesn't come off. I had red lips for at least two days. I still loved it though.

I wear color Pure all over my lips. It lasts ALL DAY! It's still on after meals too. I've tried all the high end liners and the low end liners. This one is the BEST.

Exaggerate lip liner is soft. It does not need to be pressed so hard to get the result. The color is true and smooth.

It works to keep lipstick from bleeding and I'm happy about that. But it took me a lot of practice and waste before I could use it without the tip breaking off. Maybe mine was old stock and too dry, but it seemed hard to apply. Next time I will try a different brand to see if the application is more user friendly.
