It definitely helped scrape off some dead skin and make my heels feel a lot smoother within the first use. I used it alongside earth therapeurics cracked heels lotion. I can still see cracked skin in my heels, but it feels smoother. Its aupwr gentle so you can scrub pretty hard and it wont tear akin or cause and bleeding. Best scrubber I've used thus far.
