I just bought this foundation a few days ago when I realized that there was literally nothing left of my old foundation. I was in a rush and desperately needed new foundation for the next day. To be honest, I just grabbed the closest foundation in my shade and hoped for the best. So far I have not been disappointed. This foundation gives me great coverage, better than all of my old foundations combined, and feels light as air! A tiny bit goes a looooong way. It does look chalky at first, but after about an hour, it melts away into your skin. I'm waiting to see if it will break me out, so far, so good. I wish you got more product for the price, but if you're conservative with it, it's worth it.

It's ok, can become cake face if your not careful and I always applied with a blender sponge cause I felt if I tried to apply with anything else it wouldn't do any justice.

I am always looking for nice foundation that will hide my terrible breakouts. My search led me to this. Now keep in mind I don't have dry skin however,the first thing I noticed after applying the foundation, was that it makes the skin look extremely dry and cakey. After about four-hours it started to become blotchy and really clung to dry spots that I didn't even know were there.

I bought this for prom and senior pictures. It literally made my face look airbrushed, and with my skin type that is really hard. I would recommend this. Period.

would not suggest this. It looks okay when it is first applied but it does not give very good coverage and doesn't last on the skin very long. It seperates on me and transfers onto everything! do not hug anyone or put on/take off a shirt while wearing this unless you want foundation all over everything

I love this! It comes with a sponge to apply it with, and it just glides on your skin so easily. I have acne, and it covers it right up. You can apply it in a very thin layer or a thicker layer if you want more coverage. It looks very natural, yet, it really covers your imperfections. I dislike how expensive it is though, especially for the amount of foundation they give you. This is best to buy to wear for a special occasion, unless you use very small amounts, because it is too pricey to buy for everyday makeup. I will have to switch back to my old foundation once it's gone, unfortunately.

A little while ago I went in to Ulta looking for my new summer foundation. When I came accross this "Dream Matte" foundation I was immediately drawn towards it! I have very oily skin so anything that has "matte" in the name, I'm all for it. When I got home I put it on immediately and I fell in love with the look of it! It had a porcelain matte finish and although the color looked dark in the package, it matched me perfectly! I thought I had found my holy grail foundation but after a few hours my skin started getting oily- even more than usual. I tryed to save it with the dream matte powder(my favorite) but nothing worked. My face looked like a wreck- the foundation had come off in patches and clung to dry spots that I didn't know I even had. So long story short, this foundation looks amazing at first but has terrible staying power. Still on the hunt for a new foundation!

The color I brought is dark but it comes off ashy this product has no variety for African American women as if we are all one color it does blend well and has a matte finish as advertised I personally mix it with the liquid foundation to take out the ash but I would return if I could

Put on with your fingers and gently smooth on skin. A little goes a long way. Makes your face look very fresh and smooth. Covers pimples and dark spots. Easy to apply powder over this product with out looking "caked" on.

I tried this product because I complimented an Ulta sales associate on her makeup and asked her what she was wearing. I initially purchased the wrong color. I wore it for a day and knew that it wasn't for me. So, thanks to Ulta's great customer service and return policy, I just exchanged it the next day for a shade lighter.

Living near Memphis, TN, I am always looking for a foundation that can hold up to the humidity, and this one does. I have deep, oily, acne prone skin and this product keeps me shine free for the entire day if I top it with a little setting powder, and I have not had any breakouts as a result of using this foundation. I also appreciate the affordable price while still having a great quality product. I will purchase this product again and plan to use it through the summer.
