gentle, gray coverage. two week color packet is best placed in the garbage unless you want an unexpected result. formula was changed a year or two ago and I wish Clairol would return to the original formula. Tube of conditioner is excellent

I have been in and out of the hospital for two and a half years, but that's no reason to let your hair go grey! Even though there were times I wanted to pull it out! :) This product enabled me to continue to look like the girl I wanted to be when I couldn't get in the salon, and that's wonderful.

I've been using this product for years. It doesn't make your hair fall out and perfect if you color and relax hair. Like how the color fades after awhile and you can try something else.

I have dark blonde hair with red undertones and use Sahara. The color takes out the red and leaves my hair a beautiful blonde. Gray doesn't stay covered past 6 weeks, but I use instead of permanent since there is NO root grow out, just a soft fade out of color. The included conditioner is fabulous.

I buy this product because it is semi-permanent. Since I do not wash my hair everyday, it gradually fades as the roots grow out. That way I do not get a color build-up.

Was disappointed in performance of product. This product was suggested by one of the sales associates. Said it would be gentle on my fine hair. It was gentle-just didn't color the gray and the color was faded looking.
