I started using this product three years ago (at the age of 17) after it was recommended to me by a woman in her 30's. I was skeptical because I have tried literally everything to fix my mild to moderate acne (I have combination skin)... OTC brands, dermatologist-prescribed creams, Proactiv, everything. Murad is pricey but I tried it in desperation... And my skin is perfect now. Not only is my acne gone, any bumps are smoothed away and my skin literally glows thanks to the exfoliating gel (that's the magic). I never, ever break out. I recommend this product to all of my friends because it really is worth the money for me as it lasts a long time, and everyone comments on what beautiful skin I have-- I don't feel the need to wear makeup anymore. As far as use goes, because I have combination skin (it never gets greasy using this product) I do occasionally need to adjust the amount of moisturizer I use as seasons change to avoid dryness (in the winter I also moisturize at night). Other than that, I wash morning and night and follow with exfoliating gel and then moisturizer. It's truly the best.

Im 20 yrs old and have had acne since i was 13. this system is the only thing that has worked for me. i saw results within 4 days and my skin was the best it has been in a long time after 3 wks using this product. i found this to work better with the clarifying toner.

Have been using this product for the past week along with my clarisonic mia 2 and im in love. I am a little dry but I dont mind because my scars are lightening. My pimples are healing quicker and any new one come up and go away within two days unlike before it took a week or two.

Great product for acne sufferers. Within 1 week I see a reduction in acne. The only downfall is that it really dries out your skin.

AFter a month of using this (as the directions indicated, give it a month to "bring the infections that cause acne to the surface and heal"), my skin is far worse than it used to be. Instead of the occasional breakout, my skin looks awful all the time. In addition to breaking out like crazy, my skin is so dry, it's actually painful. I have a different Murad cleanser that I love, but I would NOT recommend any of the products from this line. I would not have even given it one "star," but it was a required field that I could not leave blank,

I had purchased this kit for a few red bumps I would get on my cheeks as well as a few blackheads on my nose. Only after one use did my face begin to hurt badly. My cheeks had dried out terribly and I was flaking badly. It burned to put on any lotion or makeup on. I have sensitive skin and RARELY do I ever have any issues with acne products but this was the WORST reaction of my life. The ONLY great thing about this product was the lotion they give you. After my dry skin had passed the lotion was wonderful. The other OK product was the spot treatment. It dries out that spot but I suppose why the pimple would disappear. Use this product with caution!!

I use this product once a day, everyday. I have acne prone skin that is also very sensitive. This product is effective without damaging your skin. It has greatly improved the overall texture and look of my skin, it even improved my fine lines. The only suggestion I have for use is: do not use more then once a day and don't exfoliate everyday.

I have tried Everything to clear up my acne. I get small bumps all over my face that you can't see unless you are close. I see them and they bother me. I have tried everything including the clariosonic. I have spent a ton of money on other products and this is the first that has helped clear up these bumps!!! It does take a few weeks to get everything leveled out and you will get breakouts from your skin purging all the junk that is under your skin! It isn't a miracle product after all But It does work!I even had a really stubborn whitehead that wouldn't come out at all and this product cleared that up too! I love it and will continue using it.
