This is the best hair dryer I have used . My hair was a mess from a dryer that was to hot. Now my hair is shiny, soft and more manageable .

Since my Chi broke 18 months after purchase, I bought this dryer with a two year warranty to use on my thick, curly hair. The lowest blow setting was too high for me and fuzzed up my hair. It was so heavy that my arm hurt the next day from using it. I returned it and got my Chi fixed. I'll see how long my Chi lasts before I have to buy a new dryer.

Not sure if its a keeper... Cannot get any hot air. It is the strangest thing. Have only used 2x but at this point considering returning it. Hate that my hair gets cold when my hair is still wet -have never experienced such cold air on hi-hot...

I've heard really good things about this dryer and when I worked with it I liked it. But...I was on a job and it just stopped working. Something was wrong with the motor. I may have purchased a defected dryer, so I wouldn't base your decision on my experience.
I purchased another Solano, but a different model. I love it so far!

I love this hairdryer! I have very thick wavy/curly hair. It normally takes about 20 minutes to dry then another 15 to straighten. With this dryer I can straighten with a round brush as I dry in about 10-15 minutes. with no frizz! tried it last night with no product and still got soft straight non frizzy hair:) I just wish it had a diffuser for when I want to have my hair curly:(
