I do not wear thick makeup. This stuff takes about 4 swipes with a cotton ball to get most (not all) of my makeup off. Of course this leaves my lids red, sore and irritated. Then it also leaves a greasy feel around my eyes even after washing it off. P.S. I use Neutrogena makeup so you'd think it would work good.

I can't honestly rate the product since I never received it. I can only rate Ulta's service. I have contacted Ulta and so far I have only lost money on this purchase.

Love this product. My daughter & I usually wear only eye makeup and lipstick so we do go thru alot for the both of us for daily uses. This product takes off makeup with ease and works better than other brands that I have tried. I bought 4 just to stock it when they were on sale.

I love this product. Its very mild and I use it on my daughter after her ballet recitals and it never burns her eyes... Its worth the price which isnt bad considering I have spent more on a not so good product. My only complaint, why does my bottle run out?
