Used this dryer for a week. It was very good but the air flow is not high enough for me. I have very thick hair and it takes forever to dry it unless I have good air flow. I returned it for another Chi model that has better CFM. This is a good dryer but not for super thick hair.

Got this 3 weeks ago and its been great. My previous dryer was a turbo 3500. this only uses 1300 watts yet dries just as quick if not quicker. Also seems to do more for my hair. Sleeker. Based on previous reviews I read, not sure this will last past a year, but even at this price point I would still get it again because I've been loving how my hair has come out!

I love my Chi flat iron and I was hopeful that the hair dryer would be of the same quality. However, I had trouble with it early on. The temperature button stuck. I should have returned it right away because now it doesn't heat at all.

Let me first say I have 2 CHI dryers, this one (TURBO) and the CHI PRO. I dont remember what made me buy this one when I already had the PRO, but what a difference this one has been. The problem is the heating element just went out on this one. I went back to using the PRO again and it is horrible.
This dryer dried my hair very quickly and provided less frizz. I dont straighten it, I just blow it until its dry but this was an awesome dryer. The PRO makes my hair frizzy, has uneven heat and takes so long to dry.
I hate to pay this much for a dryer when I havent even had it a year but I doubt I can find a better dryer out there.
If you are on the fence between the CHI turbo and CHI pro, definately get the TURBO.

Drys quick, gentle on hair, easy to handle but would like for it to be more travel friendly. Still too bulky for suitcase.

Okay blow dryer, just took forever to dry my hair it seemed like the speed settings were too low. There are only two settings, low and high and even when I put it on high it felt way too low and was just slow at drying my hair.

I used this product every day for over 6 months. Within the first 3 months the low speed stopped working. By the 6th month the cord at the base of the dryer broke and finally burned up. I will never buy a CHI product again. My flat iron did the same thing last year after 2 years.

Uneven heat flow in the gun barrel eventually melts the nozzle and blows a hole in it. Bad design.
