I love chi flat irons.. I got my old one about 10 years ago and I wanted to replace it with the same model since I noticed it started damaging my hair ( I used it everyday)
I wanted to try the ultra chi but I really loved my old chi so I better got the same one.

Great product! Doesn't get too hot - my last flat iron overheated regularly. I also love that the cord has velcro to wrap it up while traveling.

I have had 3 Chis since I first starting using them. None compare to the first original Chi. The most recent one I bought doesn't seem to get as hot as the first one. It takes a little longer to heat up as well. It works fine as long as I straighten my hair layer by layer and in tiny sections which is time consuming. This one seems to snag my hair a little also. Overall I have to say I'm not 100% happy with this Chi, but it's not a bad product either.

Absolutely love it. I had a Chi years ago and it stopped working after a few weeks so I was highly upset but I've still loved their products. My hair is very long (to my butt), thick, and at times extremely unmanageable since its also pretty wavey. It gives it great shine, body, and my hair color really pops. It doesn't work so well with the humidity where I live but that's the least of my worries. It's definitely a great product!

I have very thick hair and have always struggled to lessen the volume. I knew the Chi was good but I didn't want to splurge. But I'm glad I did because it's exactly what I've been looking for and I regret not having it sooner. The only thing that I don't like is that it makes my hair very flat, but hey, I'll take that over super thick.

This is my second Chi. Love the product! Does a great job making my wavy hair straight, smooth and shiny. When I straighten my hair it lasts all day, no touch ups. I purchased the Chi from here since they are an authorized retailer.

I love this flat iron! I got one for my 16th birthday four years ago and it still works great. I just bought one for my mom and she loves it also. I have tried several other flat irons and this one is definitely the best. I am very impressed with the durability of this product. My hair is of medium thickness and is very long. I live in Florida where it is super humid all the time. I only have to go over each section of hair once to achieve a straight, shiny, frizz-free lock of hair. The iron heats up very quickly and stays at a constant temperature for as long as you use it. I definitely recommend this flat iron over any other!

needs more than 1 temp setting. don't always need a super hot iron.

It has taken me a long time to decide to spend this amount of money on a hair styling product, but I waited to see it on sale again and decided what the hell I will order it and try it... and I AM SO GLAD I DID! This is the best strengthener I have own, first time using it and I can totally see a difference in my hair... I thought the secret to nice hair was behind hair styling products but I was wrong it's really in the styling tool! Worth the money for sure!
