    In the past 5 years I have gone through 3 of these hair dryers. I am not rough on them and usually only used it 3-4 times a week, and cleaned the filter when any lint got in it. One slowly lost the speed feature and no mater how high or low you set it was always on the same speed. The second completely stopped working right after the warrenty went out, and the third one started to spit sparks after a few months. I will say that when they worked correctly it was a great dryer,but would not buy this model again, due to the issues I have had.Which really could have been just bad luck. I did buy another Hot Tools and have had no problems with it, I also had a Hot Tools before this and it lasted for about 5 years. I think the control pad on this model is where most of the issues come from.

    i bought this blow dryer because of the comb.it works well.VERY WELL.I HAVE CURLY HAIR IT TOOK ME A HALF N HOUR 2 straighten my hair.this blow dryer is no conair or revlon blow dryer its a great 1!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I love that after its 1 year warranty, its still going strong after 3! I love how the Ionic feature tames my chemically processed hair while blow drying, keeping is smooth and not overly dry. The only drawback is that the teeth on the pik attachment snap off eaily.
