I love all Neutrogena products, but I have to admit I"m a bit disappointed with this one. When I first squeezed it out of the bottle, I though I was squeezing out a bodywash. You need to first rub it on your hands like if it were soap and then apply to face otherwise you will loose most of it.

I've had acne problems for more than a decade and I have to say, this is one of my favorite skincare products. It remove my makeup better than most other washes I've used and keeps my skin clearer than any other product I've tried without overdrying. Every time I decide I want to try something new, I end up coming right back to this. The consistency and smell are a little weird, but easy to get used to. I do combing this with an exfoliater to keep my skin clear and smooth. Definitely worth a try, especially for more mature, acne-prone skin.

This stuff is so gentle and reduces blackheads, pores and wrinkles without stressing your skin. I also have really really sensitive skin and it does not iritate it in any way.

I have used this for years and have never had issues with the texture "slipping through my fingers" as some reviewers have complained about. That said, I often use it with a clarisonic and find it to be fantastic at keeping my hormonally challenged (mid 40's) skin clear if I use the cleanser regularly. This is not a makeup remover, people. Stop using it as such. If you use foundation, mascara, etc then clean that off first with a makeup remover (olive oil can be great for that if you don't have a makeup remover). THEN use a cleanser so it can do its job without having to cut through the grime of foundation to get to your skin. If you don't wear layers of makeup, perhaps just a primer and tinted moisturiser or powder, then this works great with that.

Product is thin and falls from hands easily while trying to apply to face. Olay Regenerist is nice and thick and works much better. Tried it because it was on sale. Would not purchase again.

I love Neutrogena's healthy skin face lotions so I had high hopes for the face wash. First off the consistency of the product is terrible. The second I squeezed it into my hand it slid right down the drain. It was strange. So I tried again and its even worse when you try to massage it into your face. It dried my skin out immediately and the next morning I broke out everywhere. Hopefully they can fix the formula.

This cleanser is working well for my mature (age 59) skin that still has the occassional breakout. The only "con" I have is the texture of the cleanser is more of a gel so it will slide off your fingers before it gets to your face if you're not careful! I've wasted some product due to this. Would like to see it go to a more lotion consistency.

I use this product daily and really like it. I have gotten many compliments about how nice my skin looks. It is a little irritating to my skin.. like some redness and small burning sensation and not sure why. The texture is a little odd so make sure to rub in quick or it will just slide off!

I use this product daily. It reduces fine lines around the eyes, keeps my skin clear and refines the pores. Only negative is that it costs more than some other products on the market but it works.
