Alright I will give you my three day review of this product.
Day one: I washed my face twice. I felt a really nice cool/tingly feeling on my skin. After I washed, I used the Murad Acne Toner then the Spot Blemish Treatment. My face was red, and my acne spots (minimal, maybe 5 smaller pimples) were really red. I did not put any lotion on after either washing. I had a few pimples develop after the second washing, which made me skeptical about further use of this product, but I figured I already spent the money, give it a few more days.
Day two: Woke up, found the few pimples I had, came to a head (including the ones that came up after the second washing) and the few that were almost gone the day before, were gone. I washed, toned and used the spot treatment twice. After each wash, my face was still slightly red and itchy. After I used another brand of lotion, the itchy feeling went away. Still had the cooling/tingly feeling, mainly after using the toner.
Day three: Ahhhhh! Light at the end of the tunnel. My face is no longer red when I use these three products. I do not feel itchy even after washing. My pimples are dried up and almost gone.
If you try this product and you don't see results on day one or two, don't give up! It's expensive but so far I feel it is worth the $$.

I use it in the shower with the steam from warm water to ensure my pores are open after I exfoliate. This product does not exfoliate so make sure you do buy an exfoliator. The cleanser does its job at deep cleaning the pores but you will still need to clean your face a second time and use a toner and follow with a moisturizer. Preferably from the same brand.
