This is simply the best brush, ever, for applying shadow to the mid and lower lid! With a couple of quick swipes I have a perfect application! The soft, natural bristles are great for holding shadow and blending. The short handle allows me to get close enough to my 7x magnified mirror to see without my readers on. This is my all around favorite make-up brush!

I have the Japonesque full size brushes (the full line), but to save space in carry-on luggage decided to purchase the travel size. I love these brushes; I have always used professonal styled makeup brushes. but the Japonesque line is the best I have ever used. They are sturdy. The fibers do not fall out. They are stylish.

I use this brush when traveling. It's lightweight, the handle is long enough to be easy to use, but not so long that it's difficult to pack in a makeup bag. It's great for applying shadow to the entire lid/brow and for blending, not the tool to use for contouring or for detail application.
