It is oily, but that's to be expected. I use it every night right before bed. Then I put on hand lotion to help absorb it all in. It has really helped heal my dry winter cuticles and hang nails.

I use this evey evening before bed. It actually seems to be helping my cuticles and stopping some of the nasty cuts! It's a little greasy, that is why I only use ut before bed.
