Once I discovered Ulta's line of gel eye-liners a few years back I have become hooked. I no longer use pencils and I have almost every color Ulta offers. they are smooth and easy to go on and last all day. I Love them!

I find it very difficult to apply if there is any moisture around the lower eye. It ends up clumping and not looking smooth. I will need to have the store suggest another brand that might work better for me.
