This comb does do what it was made for. The comb does separate the eyelashes even with thick mascara due to the gold coating. The only thing is that you need a mirror when using it because the ends are sharp and you WILL hurt yourself. This comb cleans quite nicely too.

I love this thing. I just bought my second one, the first one I had for 19 years (no joke) until I lost it. It would still be going strong if I hadn't lost it. The teeth are sharp, but I think that's what makes it work so well. I've tried other ones with plastic teeth and they do not work. Definitely works to get your lashes separated & feather like.

The metal teeth of this comb are perfect in length and are close enough to do the trick. The first one I purchased I lost because it folder so small and the casing was clear (clear was all my Ulta had). I actually tried a different brand but didn't like the function of the comb. The only thing I would suggest is making the casing a bright color so it doesn't blend into flooring or the inside of your purse.

This comb does have sharp ends but they are the most effective at separating lashes and giving them the fanned look that we all want. I have not had any issues with the pieces falling out when I clean the brush, like some people have commented. Great product!

This lash comb is the best ever! The metal teeth are close together so that you can really separate the lashes after applying mascara. I simply wipe it clean after each use with a washcloth and once a week use alcohol on it. The fact that it folds over makes it easy to travel with!
