Comments about Sally Hansen Cuticle Oil:
I use this at night when I'm getting ready for bed, and again in the morning when I'm starting my day. I typically have dry cuticles and lots of hangnails, and I have noticed a vast improvement in the one week since I've started using it.
This is the first cuticle oil I've purchased, and I'm pretty happy with it.
BTW, yes, it's greasy - it's oil!

I needed s cuticle oil for daily use and this one does the trick. However, it's a bit greasy. It's underwhelming, and like I mentioned, it s works, but I will likely try something else next time.

Comments about Sally Hansen Cuticle Oil:
I use it on my fingers & toes cuticles when I'm typing on laptop and minutes before bed, daily.
It absorbs pretty quickly, is easy to apply, though creates oily mess whenever it comes in contact with any object. The effect doesn't quickly show, buy hey, it's vitamin E. After 2 months, my cuticles do look better than before, so I guess this product does the work.
It's nice knowing I'm doing something nice for my nails while doing my work all day. I ordered my second bottle from Ulta after buying the first one around 2 months ago! For vitamin, it's worth the money.
