i have used this particular liquid eyeliner for decades; the brush is the only oen i have ever found that gives the proper definition for wingrd liner. perhaps this was a bad or older batch, as it was gloppy and did not flow at all. i am returning it at the first opportunity.

Ive worn eyeliner everyday for many years and this is one of the worst eyeliners Ive ever come across, along with the e.l.f. liquid eyeliner. It constantly flakes throughout the day and moves out of place. Theres plenty of other inexpensive liners that work way better than this one.

Been a fan of UltraLiner for a few years now. The brush makes it easy to create a thick or thin line, and I've done 60s-style makeup using the black liner. The dark brown liner is also great.

Will wipe off easily while still wet should you make a mistake, but once it's dried this liner will not budge until you take it off. Normally I don't use makeup remover other than baby wipes (very gentle on skin & inexpensive) & this makeup removal method doesn't always get off all the liner, but baby oil or a good eye makeup remover works very well.

the brush is really weird, it's like a paintbrush and if you go over an area twice while applying it'll probably wipe off. it lasts for a long time and then suddenly it just FALLS off of my face. literally falls in big flakes. it's really weird eyeliner but once you get used to it, it's a cheap alternative to other eyeliners because there's so much eyeliner in it for it's price. i wouldn't recommend it if you're looking for the perfect eyeliner, but if you want to save money it's a good choice.

I love Maybelline but surprisingly this product is terrible. It was very watery and runny. The color did not last at all. I promptly returned it to the store. Don't waste your money.
