Description
A natural, oil-based formula that is tough on stubborn makeup but gentle on the eyes. Gently dissolve away standard and waterproof mascaras and eye makeup, while added emollients condition your skin and lashes for a soft, smooth finish. Fragrance-free and hypoallergenic, this formula is suitable for those with sensitive skin. Dermatologist tested.

Directions
Slightly moisten cotton ball or tissue. Close eyes and gently press against lids, stroking downward. Wait a few seconds then wipe with tissue. For best results, make sure all traces of oil are removed before applying fresh eye makeup.

        Have used many waterproof eye make-up removers, but this is the best and least expensive. It moisturizes the skin around the eye. I then wash. my face to get some of the greasy film off.
