Directions

                  Bottle states it is a lotion but it is a liquid oil which I did not want. Takes a lot of applying to remove waterproof mascara. I prefer Physicians Formula Eye Makeup Remover Lotion but you cannot purchase it in Ulta stores anymore, only online.
