I have tried every eye makeup remover on the market and this is THE ONLY product that works. It just takes a little on a cotton ball so the bottle lasts a long time. I have used this product for YEARS AND YEARS... I try others, but ALWAYS GO BACK.

I asked for advice from an ULTA sales associate, and bought the product on her recommendation. I have permanent eyeliner, so I only use shadow and mascara (not waterproof), very conservatively. I've only used it a few times, but find the results unsatisfactory. I used the remover as instructed, then washed my face with a foaming cleanser. Afterward, I looked like a raccoon with mascara residue smeared under my eyes. The next morning there was more residue. It removed the shadow just fine, but my facial cleanser does a better job of removing the mascara. Even though it has been opened, I plan to see if I can return the product. If not, I'll give it away. I feel like it was a waste of money.

This remover is comparable to the Lancome remover which costs a lot more. I wear a lot of make-up working nights and this remover takes it all off in minutes when I take it off before cleansing.

This is the best remover I have ever found for waterproof mascara. It is quick & effective, yet gentle, and washes away easily, leaving no greasy residue!

The only reason why I'm not giving it 100% is because the lady at Ulta said it would get all my makeup off without tugging on my eyes.. It does work but I do have to tug on my eyes. I had a different picture painted in my mind. However it is pretty good.

I use to buy a much more expensive type of eye makeup remover until the clerk at Ulta suggested this product. It is great and does exactly what the more expensive product did.

This product fails to remove most of my eye makeup forcing me to use another product on top of it and then still wash my face to remove the rest of the make up. Waste of money!

I use water proof eyeliner and mascara so this remover is really good for that. but...I also wear contacts so it is a bit oily for that. Still looking for a good product for that.
