This is the only eyeliner that I have found that doesn't smear terribly. Even the eyeliners labled "no smear" eventually smear. Almay usually stays in place as long as you use a primer.

Almay has deffinetly improved their eyeliner. It goes on much smoother and it's much bolder. Perfect for any look really. You can make a fine line or put it on heavy and thick. Didn't irritate my skin or eye. It was kind of hard to take off but isn't all eyeliner? Also does smudge easily. Other than that, great choice for eyeliner and it did last throughout the day.
