it's oily, but i only use it at night, and by the time i get up in the morning, my skin looks great, so i think it's working effectively. it doesn't break me out, but i'm not sure if it's helping me with specifically with lines. the only con about this product is the fact that when i shake it up, i only get the oil part out, without the red part. it makes me wonder if there's a better way to get both parts out evenly.

This is a great product! I started using it when I started Retin-A, that really causes your skin to flake. I was worried it would be oily or greasy but it is not at all! You only need a little bit and it can be used under moisturizer. My skin feels so soft when I use it! Its also great in the winter when skin tends to get dried out more with the colder weather.

Due to medications my doctor had prescribed for blood pressure, my skin had been suffering from flaking and super sensitive areas on my face. My daily moisturizer was not enough. I apply this before moisturizer and let it soak in. The result is a smoother look without greasey shine. It did not sting in the sensitive areas. I am very pleased!

I like what a Vitamin C based Serum does for my skin.

I have sensitive skin with rosacea and the tendency to burn with even minimal sun exposure. I want the additional protection of Vitamin C and Antioxidants to protect my skin.

I use this product after applying a base moisturizer of green tea and retinol and the Lumene Vitamin C Serum in the little bronze capsules.

This product does have a very strong but pleasant orangey and flowery smell. It also tingles on application and turns my skin red for several minutes. Then it settles in and works well for me. However, I don't use this every day, because of the tingling and redness---I don't want this to evolve into a skin irritating product for me.

I use this when I will be exposed in the sun (dog walking or track walking outdoors). I also use a sunscreen everyday whether I am exposed to the sun or not.

I like this product but when I use it up, I am going to try the other Lumene Vitamin C skin solution which might not show the signs of irritation.

I stumbled upon Lumene and after reading as much as I can about their products, I thought I'd give it a try. I bought this online and thought I'd try it out. After several reviews, I shake this as much as I can before using it. I first used this in the morning and realized I either used too much or this is making my face extremely gresy. So I was disappointed and thought that I might have to throw this out. Before resorting to that, I then started using this at night, since I sometimes woke up with somewhat dry skin. I also figured that a little goes a long way. And spreading it out as fast as you can as it can feel that you might need more. It goes on your skin smooth and makes your skin so velvety that you will think you will need more. NOT the reason. It just absorbs really fast. I use this at night and then use Lumene - ExCELLent Future Deep Repairing Night Cream. I thought if this doesn't work when I wake up, then I guess I will throw this out. Boy am I happy I was wrong! When I wake up eveveryday with rosy pink cheeks that makes me look really healthy and glwoing! It is also not dry. FYI I live in a central air and heat apartment with no humidifier.

While this small tube is expensive, Lumene's "Dry Skin Comfort Radiance Cocktail" works wonders. My husband gave this to me as a surprise, hoping it would ease the dry and itchy skin on my legs -- a problem this winter. Only a small amount is needed before applying any type of lotion, and the itching stopped within 10min.! A FANTASTIC product, and you need only use 2-3 times per week to maintain great results. Excellent.
