Directions

To Apply: Lift hair up and away from scalp in small sections. Apply Streekers to dry hair, from root to tip, in long strokes. Dries in a few minutes. Wait a minute between color streaks when designing 2-3-4 tone effects. To Remove: Just shampoo. Rinse.
