Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Electric Pressed Pigment Palette:

This palette is out of my normal color range, but I decided to give it a shot. Overall, I'm pleased with the product. Having hazel eyes, some of the colors really bring them out, which I love. However, my biggest complaint would be the colors come off easily even with primer, which you definitely need to wear. My eyes tear because of allergies, so in dabbing them, the color comes off. Also, the color Revolt is horrible. Difficult to apply and you need a lot of it to make it look like you're wearing it at all.

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Electric Pressed Pigment Palette:

I'm into photography, so I like to use it for crazy photoshoots. My daily makeup is usually a smokey eye, so it was quite the change when using it on myself, however I think if you apply it right- it can look incredible. I personally like to use Savage on the inside corner, then use Slowburn in the middle, then more of Savage on the outer corner of my eye. THEN Putting Urban on the outermost corner/the crease. And above the crease of Urban, I apply Jilted. On the outermost corner of your eye, I make it angled so I can do a winged black liner with it. (:

So far the pink and orange stained my eyelids after I take it off from all day use. I also use the Too Faced Anti-Crease Eye Shadow Primer (blue tube) so that it doesn't crease. I also thinks it gives the colors something more to "grasp onto" making them brighter.

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Electric Pressed Pigment Palette:

This product it great! It is a fun and easy way to throw a splash of color into an everyday look. The colors for the most part are easy to blend, only four of the colors proved a little difficult to blend out; however, with patience it can be done. If you are a color lover or a person that is more than happy to step out of the norm and play with makeup then I would say this is for you if; however, you do not like color or are particularly fond of the neutral comfort zone of colors this is definitely going to be a dust collector.

Very dramatic pallette to create fun looks! These shades applies and blends beautifully smooth over eyelids. Also applies well, long wearing & is amazing as lip colors! "Jilted" & "Savage" are my favorite to use as lip colors that I apply over moisturized lips (use any lip balm or vaseline) & wear matte or with a lip gloss!

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Electric Pressed Pigment Palette:

I was a bit standoffish at first, because the colors are so bold and I generally stick to more neutral tones, but I went for it and got this palette.

I am impressed by the fact that the colors don't look that "clownish" as I expected. You definitely need to wear an eye primer if you don't want the colors to look washed out. I have hazel eyes and some of the colors really bring out my eyes, which I love.

My only read complaint is some of the colors rub off easily even with primer. So far the orange and yellow (sorry, don't have the palette in front of me so I don't have the actual names) come off super easily if you rub your eyes, which I do thanks to allergies. That is a bit disappointing considering the price spent.

Comments about Urban Decay Cosmetics Electric Pressed Pigment Palette:

I decided to finally purchase the Electric palette after seeing a lot of really beautiful tutorials and pictures using it. I am so glad I did! The pigments are absolutely amazing, and the majority of the colors blend well together giving so many different options. Although I have seen some amazingly talented people who are able to use this for a daily look, I am unfortunately not one of those people. For me, it's not a great daily use, but I still love it none the less. The only issue I have really run into with it is because the colors are so pigmented it's a bit messy and harder than usual to remove.

Floating pearl means that there are subtle specks of pearl throughout a matte base. It's neither a shimmer nor a matte finish. The pearls also appear to float on the top of the base color. It is a beautiful effect!

Urban Decay didn’t want to limit the Electric Palette to eyeshadow. It’s an artistry palette with unlimited possibilities! How you use these shades is up to you. (And no matter where you use them, you’ll get insane color payout.) It’s important to note that the eye area restriction on certain shades only applies in the U.S.; in every other country where Urban Decay is sold, these shades are approved for use around the eyes.
